- More than 100 strategy and business innovation engagements with scale-ups and enterprises worldwide, centered on global expansion and new markets. In each, Lars works as the strategy and business architect. He designs the operating system for reinvention and growth, then carries it through to results. He led corporate strategy for the technology sector in Northern Europe at PwC, and global ISV leadership at Microsoft Dynamics.

- Lars has built the kind of companies he writes about. As founder and CEO, he has taken ventures from launch to scale and exit, and carries that operating record into every engagement. He was Vice President, Incubation & Ventures, at Milestone Systems in the Canon group, where he founded Arcules and launched it in AI-powered computer vision and intelligent video. He is a four-time CEO of Mondo A/S, Arcules, Cognize and ENTEM. In Silicon Valley he co-founded, scaled and exited AI ventures.
